The Women in Film Entrepreneurship Hub \u2014 an initiative of the Kenya Film Commission (KFC) under the Film Empowerment Programme Cycle 4, and part of the Kenya\u2013Germany collaboration \u201cStrengthening the Film Industry in Kenya\u201d implemented by GIZ \u2014 is here to transform your passion into power.<\/p>\n<p>Over a 2-week intensive residency, 10 dynamic women entrepreneurs from across Kenya will gain hands-on training to sharpen their business strategy, leadership, and innovation skills within the film value chain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five outstanding participants will each receive seed funding of up to EUR 5,000 and be paired with industry mentors for ongoing support through to March 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They are looking for women entrepreneurs who are reimagining the film industry through innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship in areas not limited to:\n<ul>\n<li>Film &amp; TV Production<\/li>\n<li>Sound Design<\/li>\n<li>Makeup &amp; Styling<\/li>\n<li>Post-Production<\/li>\n<li>Set Design<\/li>\n<li>Photography &amp; Design<\/li>\n<li>Talent Management<\/li>\n<li>Logistics in Film<\/li>\n<li>Equipment Rentals<\/li>\n<li>Content Distribution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Whether you\u2019re running a startup, a small business, or a registered company, if your work fuels storytelling, collaboration, and impact \u2014 this hub is for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be part of the next generation of women shaping Kenya\u2019s film industry.
