Apply for the ROGEAP ASPIRE Program 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The ROGEAP ASPIRE program is part of ROGEAP\u2019s activities aimed at supporting the development of a regional ecosystem for the sustainable growth of the stand-alone solar systems industry by creating business opportunities and jobs. This ecosystem includes manufacturing, assembly, distribution, installation and maintenance of off-grid solar energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ROGEAP is funded by the World Bank, the Clean Technology Fund (CTF), and the Directorate-General for International Cooperation (DGIS) of the Government of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>It aims to increase access to sustainable electricity services in the 12 ECOWAS member countries and 7 other sub-Saharan African countries (Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Mauritania, Central African Republic, Chad) by building a regional market for off-grid solar products and supporting value chain actors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a certified regional installer, you have access to the off-grid solar energy market throughout the ECOWAS region and sub-Saharan African countries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to practice as a certified installer within ECOWAS,<\/li>\n<li>High-quality and reliable solar installations within ECOWAS member states,<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening consumer confidence in regional solar installations,<\/li>\n<li>An established career path for solar installers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be physically and mentally fit to work at heights and under pressure in a hot environment<\/li>\n<li>Identification:\u00a0Copy of an identity document issued by the competent authorities (passport, driver\u2019s license, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Be a national of one of the following countries: Cameroon, Cape Verde, C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire<\/li>\n<li>Diploma:\u00a0Professional diploma in renewable energy, electrical engineering or relevant technical diploma (national or international\/Bac F3\/BEP\/Professional Baccalaureate\/ BSc \/ MSc \/ PhD or student enrolled in a technical or vocational school).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Training schedules will be programmed flexibly to encourage women\u2019s participation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/pv-certification-aspire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information, visit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rogeappfm.com\/aspire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ROGEAP ASPIRE Program<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deadline: October 31, 2025 Are you a woman or a young man physically and mentally fit to work at heights and under pressure in the solar photovoltaic energy sector who aspires to improve your skills in solar installation?
