This is a jointly funded scholarships from King\u2019s College London and the China Scholarship Council for Chinese students to pursue full-time PhDs at King\u2019s College London.<\/p>\n<p>Subject areas include: Arts, culture and media.\u00a0Biomedical and life sciences.\u00a0Chemistry.\u00a0Computer science.\u00a0Conflict and security.\u00a0Dental training and science.\u00a0Dentistry.\u00a0Education management and policy.\u00a0Engineering.\u00a0Finance.\u00a0Geography and the environment.\u00a0History and classics.\u00a0Imaging sciences.\u00a0Intercalated.\u00a0International Affairs &amp; Development.\u00a0Languages and literature.\u00a0Law.\u00a0Management.\u00a0Mathematics.\u00a0Medicine.\u00a0Natural Sciences.\u00a0Nursing, Midwifery &amp; Palliative Care.\u00a0Pharmacy, pharmacology and forensic science.\u00a0Philosophy and religion.\u00a0Physics.\u00a0Policy and society.\u00a0Politics &amp; Economics.\u00a0Psychiatry, psychology and neuroscience.\u00a0Public health.\u00a0Therapeutic health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As part of an agreement between the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and King\u2019s College London, successful applicants will have their full international tuition fees waived by the university.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, the CSC provides an annual living allowance (currently set at \u00a31,200\u2013\u00a31,350 per month), overseas student health cover, return airfare to London, and visa application fees. The scholarship is valid for up to four years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be eligible, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be citizens and permanent residents of the People\u2019s Republic of China (holding a valid Chinese passport);<\/li>\n<li>Be due to commence a full-time MPhil\/PhD research degree programme at King\u2019s College London in the 2026-27 academic year (i.e., from October 2026 and by no later than June 2027), with the intention to complete a PhD.<\/li>\n<li>Satisfy criteria set out by the CSC, e.g., relating to age, education, and employment.<\/li>\n<li>Agree to return to China upon completion of your studies\/research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By the deadline of 14 January 2026, 23:59 UK time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit all required documentation to support your King\u2019s admissions application.<\/li>\n<li>Meet the English language requirements for your chosen research programme.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that your referees have submitted their references to support your application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/apply.kcl.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information, visit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcl.ac.uk\/study-legacy\/funding\/kings-china-scholarship-council-phd-scholarship-programme-k-csc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">K-CSC<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deadline: January 1, 2026 Applications are open for the King\u2019s-China Scholarship Council PhD Scholarship Programme 2026\/2027.
