United Leaders Global (ULG) is seeking passionate and dedicated volunteer mentors for their\u00a0NextGen Women\u2019s Leadership Fellowship. This program empowers outstanding young women from around the world to design and implement creative social change projects.<\/p>\n<p>They believe that mentorship is a critical catalyst for growth. As a mentor, your primary role is to act as a supportive guide, helping your assigned Fellow navigate her project from concept to a well-defined plan. United Leaders Global is looking for people who are eager to share their real-world experience and serve as a reliable source of encouragement.<\/p>\n<p>As a Volunteer Mentor, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to one Fellow during October and November 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Help your Fellow apply creative problem-solving and project planning skills to her social impact project.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with your Fellow to finalize a clear and effective Project Charter.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted advisor, helping your Fellow stay motivated and on track.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They will provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A comprehensive\u00a0Mentor Guidebook, containing coaching best practices.<\/li>\n<li>An\u00a0Onboarding Pathway\u00a0with relevant mentorship content, to get you started.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0Template Project Charter\u00a0to help structure the mentorship.<\/li>\n<li>Direct support from the\u00a0ULG Mentorship\u00a0team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A genuine passion for empowering young women and a belief in their potential.<\/li>\n<li>A background in business, community development, or social impact.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coaching, project management, design thinking or creative problem-solving is helpful, but a desire to share your knowledge is most important.<\/li>\n<li>A strong commitment to being a reliable and supportive guide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commitment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately\u00a06 total hours\u00a0(about 3 hours per month).<\/li>\n<li>Flexible scheduling to accommodate both your and your Fellow\u2019s availability.<\/li>\n<li>Program duration: October \u2013 November 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be part of a global movement that inspires change and empowers leadership.
