This is a regional Canva challenge open to\u00a0all young people across Africa.\u00a0This Canva challenge invites you to create a practical template that helps local businesses grow. From WhatsApp menus to social posts, first-time designers are welcome.<\/p>\n<p>You can submit\u00a0one Canva template per entry\u00a0(multiple entries are allowed). Your design must be\u00a0original\u00a0and reflect\u00a0real African entrepreneurial life\u00a0\u2013 something that helps local businesses look professional and grow.<\/p>\n<p>Choose from these categories to get started:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WhatsApp Business templates\u00a0\u2013 price lists, menus, or promos<\/li>\n<li>Email signature templates<\/li>\n<li>Social posts or reels\u00a0\u2013 static images, short video layouts, or carousel frames<\/li>\n<li>Invoice and quotation templates<\/li>\n<li>Business cards or digital calling cards<\/li>\n<li>Product catalogues or order form templates<\/li>\n<li>Pitch deck covers or intro slides<\/li>\n<li>Logo or Brand Board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There\u2019s a\u00a0US$10,000 prize pool\u00a0shared between the top five designs.<\/li>\n<li>Winners also receive a\u00a01-year Canva Pro subscription, mentorship from Canva designers, and a\u00a0feature in Canva\u2019s template library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to Creators and Designers from across Sub-Saharan Africa.<\/li>\n<li>You can enter as a designer, freelancer, student, or content creator \u2013 all you need is creativity and a Canva account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Judging Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Designs will be evaluated on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creativity and cultural relevance<\/li>\n<li>Functionality and usability<\/li>\n<li>Visual appeal<\/li>\n<li>Local authenticity and storytelling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can submit your design through the form linked on the\u00a0Canva Challenge page. Make sure to include a short\u00a0150-word statement\u00a0about who your design is for and how it helps them grow.
