The Aspire Leaders Program welcomes limited-income and first-generation university students and recent graduates from around the world to join a\u00a0free online\u00a0interactive leadership development journey that is manageable along your other commitments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Aspire Leader Program Journey<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Module I: Personal and Professional Development<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengths-based leadership skills assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School for creating a LinkedIn profile, crafting your resume, tips for interviewing, and how to network.<\/li>\n<li>Live interactions among a global cohort of peers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Module 2: Aspire Horizons Course:<\/strong>\u00a0Leadership development course designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty.\n<ul>\n<li>Topics:\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding Yourself as a Leader<\/li>\n<li>Importance of Understanding Context and Building Trust<\/li>\n<li>Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Voices of Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Addressing Community Challenges<\/li>\n<li>Being in Action in Your Communities Worldwide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Module III: Immersive Learning<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Synchronous sessions led by world-class educators from universities around the world.<\/li>\n<li>Live learning and discussions with a global cohort of peers and mentors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant should be 18-29 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Limited-income background or first-generation to attend university.<\/li>\n<li>Currently enrolled in a university program or graduated from a university program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The program will run from February 4 \u2013 April 7, 2026.
