The Ferriss \u2013 UC Berkeley Psychedelic Journalism Fellowship offers ten reporting grants per year to journalists reporting in-depth print and audio stories on the science, policy, business and culture of this new era of psychedelics.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to underwriting individual stories, the Fellowship aims to establish and nurture a new generation of journalists covering the frontlines of this rapidly changing field. They are looking for big, underreported, narratively compelling stories placed in rich political, economic, scientific, and cultural contexts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grant<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ten $10,000 reporting grants are issued per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to journalists from diverse backgrounds and of all nationalities.<\/li>\n<li>Students can apply, as long as you have three published or aired work samples.<\/li>\n<li>They are looking for stories in English and can only accept grant applications and published clips in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting grant applicants need to submit a well-researched and compelling story pitch, three published or aired work samples, and a resume including two references.
