Programs &amp; Partnerships Lead (Full-Time, Calabar-based)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Calabar, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Full-time or 30 hrs\/week (flexible schedule)<br \/>\n<strong>Deadline to Apply:<\/strong> December 27, 2025<br \/>\n<strong>Apply Here:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/4jbPi6P\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/4jbPi6P<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Programs &amp; Partnerships Lead will drive the strategy, planning, and execution of our core programs \u2014 including <em>Technovation Girls<\/em>, <em>Digital Skill-Up Bootcamp<\/em>, and <em>Digital &amp; Leadership Academy (DLA)<\/em> \u2014 while managing key relationships with schools, partners, and funders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead program design, planning, and monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Supervise program staff and volunteers<\/li>\n<li>Build and Manage relationships with schools, mentors, and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Represent iKapture in events, meetings, and donor engagements<\/li>\n<li>Support grant writing, reporting, and impact storytelling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or youth development.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, writing, and coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with digital tools (Google Drive, Canva, Excel, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Must be based in Calabar or nearby.<\/li>\n<li>Female candidates strongly encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2.
