The GLA is a two-week intensive Youth Leadership Mentoring program designed to equip young people with skills, knowledge, and experience they need to become effective leaders in their community and build their confidence for meaningful participation in decision-making processes.<\/p>\n<p>Citizen Voice and Actions (CVA) is a Youth-Led Non-Governmental Organization established in 2016 with a mission to empower the citizens to become active members of an inclusive Society in Rwanda and beyond. It envisions A society where citizens are fully engaged in Human Sustainable Development.
