To apply for the 2026 Yorkshire Valley Farms Canadian Eco-Scholar Award, simply submit a video maximum 2 minutes in length in which you talk about you, how you are engaged in organics, and how you intend to use your studies and your actions to progress organic regenerative practices in your community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are four awards for a total giveaway of $10,000:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One $5,000 award for first place<\/li>\n<li>Two $2,000 second place awards<\/li>\n<li>One $1,000 third place award<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to all residents of Canada who are 16 years of age or older, and are full-time students actively enrolled in a Canadian academic institution.<\/li>\n<li>All areas of study are eligible \u2013 what matters is that you are passionate about agriculture and how it can be a force for good in our society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A video submission is requested but is not mandatory. The video submission must meet the criteria as outlined on the electronic application form. All video submissions must be original footage captured and produced by the applicant. Any music or effects must be used with permission and be in compliance with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
