Youth Futures Foundation is looking for new Future Voices Group Ambassadors!<\/p>\n<p>As an Ambassador, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise Youth Futures Foundation on what they are trying to do and how they do it.<\/li>\n<li>Support them in representing the stories and experiences of young people who have faced challenges in getting and keeping jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Work as part of a team on co-produced projects with a view to influencing key groups in the system (especially policymakers and employers).<\/li>\n<li>Engage in discussions, and share your ideas, with key groups including policymakers and employers.<\/li>\n<li>Be ambassadors for Youth Futures Foundation and the youth employment challenge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a314.80 per hour (London Living Wage), 10 hours per month (with potential for additional hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They are very keen to recruit young people who have experience of, or identify with, any of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking a \u2018vocational pathway\u2019 to work (i.e. not university)<\/li>\n<li>Currently undertaking a Level 2 or 3 apprenticeship<\/li>\n<li>Receiving Universal Credit\/benefits, or engaging with the Jobcentre<\/li>\n<li>The care system (having been \u2018in care\u2019, sometimes called being \u2018looked after\u2019)<\/li>\n<li>The justice system (having experiences with the police, courts, prison, or probation services)<\/li>\n<li>Facing discrimination when trying to find work based on your race or ethnicity<\/li>\n<li>Being autistic<\/li>\n<li>Having a learning disability or learning difficulties<\/li>\n<li>Having a mental health condition<\/li>\n<li>Having a long-term health condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They particularly welcome applications from people from ethnically minoritized backgrounds, especially those of Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Black Caribbean or Black African heritage, and those with refugee or asylum seeker status.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartsurvey.co.uk\/s\/futurevoicesgroup\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information, visit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youthfuturesfoundation.org\/opportunity\/future-voices-group-ambassadors\/\">Future Voices Group Ambassadors<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"[vc_column_text css=\"\"] Deadline: February 22, 2026 Applications are open for the Future Voices Group Ambassadors Program 2026.
