This six-month program is designed for leaders ready to scale with intention. Through mentor-guided modules, you\u2019ll develop a clear long-range impact strategy, a practical business plan, and a funding pitch grounded in the realities of your enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>They equip leaders with knowledge, networks, and confidence to accelerate your social enterprise\u2019s mission. They focus on social enterprises tackling poverty through women\u2019s economic power and\/or climate resilience. With proven curricula and accompanied by their outstanding executive mentors and leadership coaches, together they will uncover and address gaps and opportunities in your business and develop an action plan so you can achieve your vision for organizational growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cost<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a virtual program and there is\u00a0no cost to participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Participants<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A senior leader (e.g. CEO, Executive Director, Managing Director)<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English or Spanish<\/li>\n<li>Has consistent and reliable access to internet connectivity<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel<\/li>\n<li>Has the availability to participate in the 6-month program requiring:\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly 1-hour calls with mentors<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to work a few hours per week on plan to become more investable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Organisation<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Committed to creating positive benefits for people living in poverty, addressing one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals<\/li>\n<li>Intentional about supporting women\u2019s economic power, climate resilience, or the intersection of both. Miller Center looks at four dimensions of women\u2019s economic power \u2014 women as leaders, employees, value chain participants, and\/or customers.
