The UNIV\u2019R Programme (Campus France, UNHCR, AUF) is now open for applications for Master\u2019s-level studies in France starting September 2026. You can choose up to two masters programmes from the participating universities.<\/p>\n<p>The UNIV\u2019R programme, supported by Campus France, the UNHCR and the AUF, allows selected refugees residing in a first country of asylum to benefit from material and financial support for the pursuit of their studies in France. Beneficiaries come to France on a student visa. At the end of their training, they can apply for a one-year residence permit to look for a job, but there is no guarantee of permanent residence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scholarship<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The programme offers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full scholarship (living costs, travel, social security)<\/li>\n<li>No tuition or visa fees<\/li>\n<li>Administrative support + student housing<\/li>\n<li>Long\u2011stay student visa (individual; no family reunification)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be legally recognized as a refugee by the first host country or by UNHCR (asylum seekers are not eligible).<\/li>\n<li>Reside in a first country of asylum outside the European Union.<\/li>\n<li>Be no more than 30 years old at the time of application.<\/li>\n<li>Have a degree at least equivalent to a Bachelor\u2019s degree in a field related to the targeted training.<\/li>\n<li>Have a B2 level in French, or in English for training given in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must complete and submit the form via UNHCR\u2019s dedicated platform\u00a0by 15 March 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time).<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enketo.unhcr.org\/x\/ryAecqtc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information, visit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.unhcr.org\/rwanda\/2026\/02\/13\/call-for-applications-univr-scholarships-to-france-deadline-15-march\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UNIV\u2019R Scholarships to France<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"[vc_column_text css=\"\"] Deadline: March 15, 2026 Applications are open for the UNIV\u2019R Scholarships to France 2026.
