The program is a\u202fpartnership between Vital Voices\u202fGlobal Partnership and the Est\u00e9e Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, the charitable fund of Est\u00e9e\u202fLauder,\u202fto support the next generation of emerging leaders who are redefining leadership in their everyday lives. Together with the Est\u00e9e Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, they aim to champion women leaders across diverse sectors, industries, and experiences who want to create positive social impact in their communities and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>When women advance, the world succeeds.\u202fWe need leaders across every industry and every community\u202fwho use their power, influence, and passion to make positive change. And VV knows that women\u2019s leadership will accelerate progress in communities, workplaces, boardrooms, and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>VV Visionaries\u00a0program\u00a0participants\u202fwill:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join\u00a0a cohort of\u00a050\u00a0women leaders committed to advancing their leadership for the greater good.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, a 7-week virtual\u00a0leadership development\u00a0course\u00a0based on learnings\u00a0from over 25\u00a0years of work with leaders from across the world.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in interactive small-group discussions and peer learning<\/li>\n<li>Learn\u00a0from guest speakers\u00a0including\u00a0Est\u00e9e\u00a0Lauder executives\u00a0and\u00a0Vital Voices network.<\/li>\n<li>Share, learn,\u00a0and build lasting connections with a cohort of 50 leaders\u00a0from across the\u00a0world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through the program, participants will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gain a stronger understanding of\u00a0what drives their leadership;\u00a0gain a deeper\u00a0awareness\u00a0of\u00a0how to\u00a0lead\u00a0inclusive\u00a0communities;\u00a0and\u00a0embrace\u00a0taking\u00a0bold\u00a0actions to\u00a0create\u00a0a lasting\u00a0impact.<\/li>\n<li>Join the Vital Voices global network of more than\u00a047,000\u00a0women\u00a0leaders from around the world\u00a0with full\u00a0access\u00a0to the network Hub with ongoing continuing education and engagement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>After the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You identify\u00a0as a woman<\/li>\n<li>You will be\u00a018 years old\u00a0by May 2026<\/li>\n<li>You are proficient in English<\/li>\n<li>You are the founder or co-founder of a\u00a0social sector organization\u00a0(NGO, foundation, social impact initiative) OR<\/li>\n<li>You are the founder or co-founder of a\u00a0social enterprise (for profit business with explicit social impact)<\/li>\n<li>You are currently not participating in or have graduated from another Vital Voices leadership program in 2025 or 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Program Commitment<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Participants are expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively participate during all 7 live weekly\u00a0virtual sessions\u00a0on Thursday mornings (2 hours each), plus an\u00a0additional 1-2 hours per work for assignments and peer calls\/discussions (3-4 hours weekly).\n<ul>\n<li>Participants should\u00a0have\u00a0no more than 2 absences\u00a0to remain in good standing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Complete surveys throughout the program and for up to one year after program completion, including a needs assessment survey, post-session surveys, a post-program survey, and a 12-month follow-up survey.<\/li>\n<li>Remain engaged with the Vital Voices network upon graduation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications must be written in English and completed and submitted by March 13th at 10 am ET.
