Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) is a 6-month accelerator program (via Zoom)\u00a0designed for\u00a0social entrepreneurs aged 25-35 who\u00a0are working to advocate for human rights and\u00a0gender justice. The mission of the fellowship program is\u00a0to help emerging leaders drive bold and\u00a0courageous social change, improve their effectiveness, and\u00a0advance their missions throughout the world.<\/p>\n<p>Since launching in 2024, they have accelerated the work of 57 human rights leaders. They are recruiting 45 Fellows for the 2026 cohort. GFiC connects Fellows to a global network of advisors and experts, fostering continuous support and collaboration. Through shared learning and mutual encouragement, fellows build strong relationships that empower and drive collective impact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fellows gain access to an online curriculum and meet twice monthly via Zoom.<\/li>\n<li>Fellows gain access to a global community of human rights leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Fellows gain access to GFiC\u2019s global network of experts who support the advancement of their mission and impact.<\/li>\n<li>Fellows are matched with experienced coaches who provide individualized guidance throughout the program.<\/li>\n<li>Upon successful completion of the program, Fellows are eligible to compete for grants to support the advancement of their projects.<\/li>\n<li>Fellows receive a certificate of completion from GFiC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants are between the ages of 25 and 35, with exceptions possible.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in human rights advocacy, activism, community organizing, or\u00a0social entrepreneurship.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated engagement in Gender Justice or\u00a0related areas.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English is mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants are expected to complete the form and upload their CV in one session.
