Unlike traditional accelerators, the Siakam EdTech Engine prioritizes real-world testing, placing startup solutions directly in classrooms, schools and community environments where youth learn and grow.<\/p>\n<p>Startups apply to solve real challenges identified by educators and community organizations, creating a faster, more meaningful path from idea to pilot to adoption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive hands-on guidance through 1:1 Program Lead touchpoints<\/li>\n<li>Gain visibility through PS43\u2019s education and community network<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with school boards, educators, students, and partners to pilot your solution<\/li>\n<li>Refine your product based on real-world feedback and use cases<\/li>\n<li>Pitch your solution at an in-person Demo Day this July<\/li>\n<li>Compete for grant prizes in a pool of $50,000<\/li>\n<li>Gain visibility with educators, investors and ecosystem leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They are looking for early-stage startups building solutions for education, youth learning, and skill development.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solution: Addresses challenges in K-12 education, youth learning or AI skill development.<\/li>\n<li>Stage of growth: A validated MVP with early traction or feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Geographic focus: Operational readiness in North America with plans to scale.<\/li>\n<li>Team: At least one full time founder and one in-house technical lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications are open until March 13, 2026.
