The\u00a0Women in Agriculture Leadership Program\u00a0Fellowship\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0career\u00a0development initiative\u00a0that\u00a0seeks\u00a0to strengthen the capability, confidence,\u00a0and influence of African women scientists to lead and\u00a0participate\u00a0in climate-resilient agricultural research.
