The Science &amp; Technology Pioneer Award recognizes women impact entrepreneurs at the forefront of scientific and technological innovation. This award highlights disruptive solutions built around unique, protected, or hard-to-reproduce technological or scientific advances that require heavy research and development (R&amp;D), a long commercialization cycle, high capital intensity, technology risk, and complexity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Financial Capital Support<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$100,000 USD grant for each first-place awardee<\/li>\n<li>$60,000 USD grant for each second-place awardee<\/li>\n<li>$30,000 USD grant for each third-place awardee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Human Capital Support<\/em>: Human capital support is structured into a fellowship program which includes a combination of 1:1 training and collective workshops.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership communications and media training workshops<\/li>\n<li>In-person INSEAD Women\u2019s Impact Entrepreneurship Program<\/li>\n<li>1:1 training in specific business areas<\/li>\n<li>1:1 executive leadership coaching by The Women\u2019s Impact Alliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Social Capital Support<\/em>: Throughout the program, they strive to highlight the social and environmental impact created by the fellows and bridge connections between women impact entrepreneurs and their supporters.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>International exposure and media visibility<\/li>\n<li>Support and mentorship by jury members during the fellowship<\/li>\n<li>Access to a lifelong community of 500+ active community members<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing support for the development of the fellows\u2019 impact businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to women-led impact-driven deep tech startups.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurs across all sectors and geographies are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply, and every effort will be made to include them appropriately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications for the 2027 edition are now open and will close at 2 p.m. (CEST) on June 16, 2026.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Compulsory<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A one-minute video of yourself in which you answer the following questions: What is your motivation behind solving the problem that you have identified? What is the impact you wish to create through your solution? What do you wish to gain from, and contribute to, the Cartier Women\u2019s Initiative community?<\/li>\n<li>Your resume<\/li>\n<li>Your company registration document<\/li>\n<li>Your company capitalization table<\/li>\n<li>Professionally prepared or audited financial statements from your most recent two fiscal years<\/li>\n<li>Your pitch deck: they are not looking for a specific format, just submit an existing pitch deck that accurately describes the impact of your company.
