The Vital Voices (VV) Venture \u2013 AI for Impact Program\u00a0is a 6-month virtual global program (July\u2013December 2026) designed for women purpose-driven entrepreneurs to advance their leadership and AI knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Participants gain access to the Vital Voices Leadership Journey curriculum \u2014 built on 25+ years of global leadership experience \u2014 alongside practical AI training to\u00a0optimize\u00a0operations, enhance customer engagement, and improve decision-making. They also join a cohort of 35 women social entrepreneurs and, upon completion, the broader Vital Voices Global Network of 49,000 changemakers across 195 countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning Journey Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 6-month program runs from July through December 2026, meeting bi-weekly in virtual sessions that last between 90-120 minutes each, typically on weekday mornings at US EST.<\/p>\n<p>The program unfolds in two phases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Phase 1: Vital Voices Leadership Journey (VVLJ)<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(July \u2013 September)<\/em>\u00a0At the start of the program, participants will engage in the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, an immersive experience centered on VVLJ\u2019s five core leadership practices. Through dynamic sessions, participants will deepen their leadership skills, participate in small-group discussions and gain insights from guest speakers across the Vital Voices global network.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase 2: AI Integration &amp; Application<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(October \u2013 December)<\/em>\u00a0Beginning in October, the program shifts into hands-on AI learning, alternating between AI Workshops and Makers Space sessions. The Workshops provide expert-led training focused on decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. Complementing this, the Makers Space offers participants dedicated time to apply these tools within their own ventures\u2014encouraging experimentation, peer collaboration, and practical learning through discussions and sessions with cohort members and guest speakers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through participation in the program,\u00a0participants\u00a0will\u00a0gain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership Growth\u2014\u00a0Participants will complete the Vital Voices Leadership Journey curriculum, based on learnings from over 25 years of\u00a0working with leaders\u00a0from across the world.<\/li>\n<li>AI Learning\u00a0\u2014\u00a0Build confidence in understanding AI and\u00a0applying\u00a0practical tools\u00a0to\u00a0optimize\u00a0operations, enhance\u00a0customer engagement, and improve decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>A Global Peer Network\u00a0\u2014\u00a0Join a global cohort of\u00a035\u00a0women social entrepreneurs \u2014 a lasting community built on shared learning,\u00a0and\u00a0collaboration.\u00a0After program completion,\u00a0participants\u00a0will also join\u00a0the\u00a0Vital Voices Global Network of\u00a049,000 women change makers across\u00a0195\u00a0countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Age:\u00a018 years old by June 2026<\/li>\n<li>Gender Identity:\u00a0identifies as a woman<\/li>\n<li>Language:\u00a0Proficient in English<\/li>\n<li>Program History:\u00a0Not currently participating in or have recently graduated from another Vital Voices leadership program within the past year.<\/li>\n<li>Stage of Business:\u00a0Operates a registered, for-profit purpose-driven business with a minimum of 5 years of consistent operations and demonstrated market traction.<\/li>\n<li>Social Impact Mission:\u00a0Owns and leads a for-profit venture that integrates social impact into its core mission\u2014addressing community needs, environmental sustainability, economic inclusion, or other pressing societal challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership Role:\u00a0Serve as a key decision-maker within the business (e.g., founder, co-founder, CEO, or executive leader), with the authority to implement strategic changes and drive innovation.<\/li>\n<li>No technical background is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All applicants will be notified about final decisions by June 30, 2026.
