The AHSS Global Fellowship scheme supports leading scholars from any country outside the UK and Ireland to spend a period of time conducting research in one of the Faculty\u2019s four Schools.<\/p>\n<p>The AHSS Global Fellowship will cover visits for a period of between 4 to 12 weeks. Applications are now open for a visit in the Autumn or Spring Semesters of the 2026-27 academic year. Applicants must have secured the agreement of sponsorship from the host School and will be expected to deliver a lecture\/seminar\/workshop during their stay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fellows will be granted a courtesy desk in the host School and access to library resources. In addition, the scheme covers travel and accommodation costs for successful applicants of up to \u00a34,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to academics at any career stage and in any discipline aligned with a host School, and complements schemes offered by the Research Centres and Institutes.<\/li>\n<li>They can be from any country outside the UK and Ireland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should complete an Expression of interest after securing a host sponsor School.
