Since 2012, the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) program has brought together over 40 emerging leaders each year, from Africa and across the Atlantic Basin, who are actively shaping policy, business, and societal debates.<\/p>\n<p>Now in its 13th edition, the ADEL program has become a reference platform for connecting high-impact professionals to global conversations and long-term networks of influence.
