The DearMen Fellowship is a 6-month leadership and personal development programme by Boys Champions, designed for young Nigerian men who are ready to grow, take responsibility, and become active allies for gender equality.<\/p>\n<p>Through a structured learning journey combining leadership development, mentorship, and accountability circles, fellows build the skills, emotional intelligence, and networks to drive real change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A comprehensive leadership and personal development curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Mentorship sessions and peer accountability circles<\/li>\n<li>Practical tools for emotional well-being and self-awareness<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to design and lead a real community initiative<\/li>\n<li>\u20a6500,000 will be provided as funding for selected fellows to undertake their community projects.<\/li>\n<li>Induction into the National Male Allyship Network for Gender Equality<\/li>\n<li>Induction into Boys Champions State Champions Programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to men aged 18\u201335 years, residing in Nigeria;<\/li>\n<li>Genuinely interested in gender equality, mental health, and positive masculinity;<\/li>\n<li>Ready to challenge harmful norms and build something meaningful;<\/li>\n<li>Able to commit to both virtual and in-person fellowship activities;<\/li>\n<li>Has access to a mobile device and internet connectivity;<\/li>\n<li>Ready to lead or support a community initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is especially suited for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emerging male leaders and youth advocates<\/li>\n<li>Men active in community, youth, or faith-based work<\/li>\n<li>Individuals passionate about social impact and mentorship<\/li>\n<li>Men ready to become active allies against gender-based violence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fill out the online application form.
