The program offers participants an opportunity to learn about the key areas of development of the Russian fuel and energy sector and the current energy agenda amid the transformation of the global energy architecture.<\/p>\n<p>Fellows will take part in training on relevant topics, attend lectures and expert sessions, and visit government institutions, industrial enterprises, and major energy infrastructure facilities. These include the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Government\u2019s Department of Transport, facilities of Mosenergo, Rosseti, Transneft, and Rosatom state corporation.<\/p>\n<p>The final result of the program will be the preparation of a research project based on the analysis of the current state and development prospects of the energy sector in the participant\u2019s country in ASEAN.
