The awards recognise the inspirational stars of tomorrow across diverse sectors in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n<p>The Women of the Future Programme is a vibrant and impactful community that connects women across all industries on a global scale. Its many initiatives seek to burst open the female leadership pipeline, celebrating success but also creating a collaborative global community that can share expertise, facilitate collaboration, and amplify the impact of each leader\u2019s work.<\/p>\n<p>Led by Pinky Lilani CBE DL, they have built a remarkable, informal community of influential women determined not only to build professional and personal relationships with one another, but to be advocates for an exciting new generation of talent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Powerful Network: Join a community of trailblazing women across the region in diverse industries-leaders who support and elevate each other.<\/li>\n<li>Prestige and Recognition: Be celebrated as a role model for your country and gain regional credibility that opens doors to new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Your story, amplified: Share your journey to inspire others and shape the conversation about the future of women across diverse fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to all women aged 35 or under (candidates must be aged 35 or under on December 31, 2025) with exception for\u00a0Mentor of the Year Award, open to men and women of any age.<\/li>\n<li>All candidates must be\u00a0citizens or permanent residents of one of the 11 qualifying countries in Southeast Asia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nomination<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend an informal virtual interview with the judges. Ensure the candidate is available. Shortlisted candidates will receive a complimentary ticket to the Awards ceremony on November 26, 2026 and winners will be announced. The judges\u2019 decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n<p>Nominators will be required to provide the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The track record of the candidate within her current and previous organisations.<\/li>\n<li>Her key achievements to date.<\/li>\n<li>A sense of the candidates vision\/plans for the future, both personally and for the organisation she works. What makes her special?<\/li>\n<li>A 50-word biography for use in the awards programme should you\/the candidate be shortlisted.
