For the fifth year, ESMT Berlin and the BMW Group are partnering to offer fellowships for several ESMT programs: the\u00a0Full-time MBA\u00a0(January 2027 intake; two fellowships available), the\u00a0master\u2019s (MSc) degrees\u00a0(September 2026 intake; two fellowships available), and the\u00a0Global Online MBA\u00a0(October 2026 intake; four fellowships available).<\/p>\n<p>The 2026 Change Maker Fellowships are open to applicants\u00a0from countries with BMW Group IT hubs. Applications are welcomed from ambitious young mathematics or technology professionals from, or holding permanent residence in:\u00a0Germany, India, Portugal, Romania, Brazil, China, the United States,\u00a0and\u00a0South Africa.\u00a0Individuals\u00a0with recognized refugee status in Germany are also eligible.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative reflects the shared ambition of the BMW Group and ESMT Berlin to identify promising\u00a0talent and prepare responsible leaders who drive positive change in business and society.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BMW Changemaker Fellowships are available for the following programs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time MBA: two fellowships of \u20ac45,000 (90% of tuition)<\/li>\n<li>Global Online MBA:\u00a0four fellowships covering the full tuition fee<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s programs (MSc):\u00a0two fellowships of \u20ac17,500 (50% of tuition)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the scholarship, all BMW Group Change Maker fellows will have the opportunity to meet BMW Group experts and build career-enhancing networks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold an undergraduate degree or be currently employed in mathematics and\/or technology (e.g., computing, information technology, automation, digitalization).<\/li>\n<li>Be a citizen or permanent resident of Germany, India, Portugal, Romania, Brazil, China, United States, or South Africa; those holding refugee status in Germany are also invited to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally,\u00a0master\u2019s (MSc) and Full-time MBA applicants\u00a0must be aged 30 or younger on September 1, 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They strongly encourage interested prospects to apply as soon as possible, as Fellowship numbers are limited.
