Targeting women\u00a0breeders in Africa, the GROW Fellowship\u00a0seeks\u00a0to contribute to more gender-responsive crop improvement systems by strengthening the leadership pipeline of women professionals working in plant breeding and related fields.<\/p>\n<p>The immersive non-residential Fellowship\u00a0seeks\u00a0to accelerate the leadership, visibility, and career advancement of women breeders by strengthening their capacity to lead gender-responsive breeding research, influence scientific and policy agendas, and become recognized leaders driving\u00a0crop and livestock improvement efforts on the continent.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Fellowship\u00a0targets\u00a0African\u00a0women breeders\u00a0who\u00a0are actively engaged in crop improvement research and development.
